A modern 36 m² apartment just 9 metres from Ammos Beach, in the heart of Agios Nikolaos.

How to Use the House
| AC | Recommended 24–26°C. Please close windows. Κλείστε τα παράθυρα όταν λειτουργεί το AC. |
| Hot water | Solar-heated. If there's no hot water, open the electrical panel on the right side of the front door — flip the two top-right switches. Wait 20–30 minutes for plenty of hot water. Getting Around — City Bus
Agios Nikolaos has a city bus (Line 1) run by the municipality, with live GPS tracking. It links the town centre, the harbour, the Lake, the hospital and Elounda — handy if you're not driving.
